Refund Policy
We accept returns for refunds within 30 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us at contact@treasures8.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Include photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund Processing:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted for incorrect sizes or defective items within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email us at contact@treasures8.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
- If exchanging for a different size, let us know your preferred size.
Processing Time:
- Once we receive the item, we’ll process the exchange within 5-7 business days and send you the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Lost or Damaged Returns
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
